We will contact you within reasonable time if a product becomes unavailable after the order has been accepted. If this happens, we will suggest product alternatives or remove the item from the order and give you a full refund.
Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
Taste descriptions on this product should be used as a guide only and we will not refund for flavour discrepancy.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting SOS via email and only when permission is granted. If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply.
You must contact SOS by email regarding any exchange / refund / return of product prior to return and within 30 days of original dispatch date.
If you change your mind about the purchase, SOS is happy to exchange unused and unopened products. All additional postage costs will be at the customer's expense. However, if a product is faulty, SOS will provide a full refund or exchange including all additional delivery costs.
Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
All prices are in selected currency.
IMPORTANT: SOS takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us.
We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.

Our messaging service will be used for marketing communications (including company updates, events, sales, shopping cart reminders, etc.) (c). You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. (d). If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. (e). As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Frequency of messages may vary. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered via NEW ZEALAND COURIER POST or from time to time by another relevant courier service and your signature may be required to accept packages.
Goods will be delivered during normal business hours. Note We can delivered to PO Boxes.
Goods delivered within New Zealand will take three to seven working days.
SOS takes no responsibility for lost orders if a customer provides incorrect address details.
